Returns and Refunds Policy

At Arheli, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, we offer a straightforward returns and refund process.

Please read our policy carefully to understand how to return items and get a refund.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition (unused, unopened, and undamaged).

  • The product must be returned with the original packaging, labels, and tags intact.

Please note:

  • Products that are used, opened, or damaged are not eligible for return.

  • Personalized or custom-made products may not be returned unless defective.


2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us at info@arheli.com or call us at 080621 82226 with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

  3. Pack the Item: Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during the return shipping process.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed your mind or ordered the wrong item), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.


4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your refund is approved, we will notify you via email, and the refunded amount will be credited to your account.


5. Exchanges

Exchange and Replacement  product will be delivered within 5-7 working days 


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will offer you a full refund

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged or defective product.

  • A description of the issue.


7. Late Returns

Returns made outside of the 14-day window may not be accepted. However, if there are exceptional circumstances, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.


8. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Products marked as “final sale”
