​Return & Refund Policy

At Arheli, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in crafting Ayurvedic products rooted in purity and wellness. However, if you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns Eligibility 

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The return request is raised within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Note: Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and personal care products, we do not accept returns for reasons like personal dislike of fragrance, texture, or color once the seal is broken.

2. Non-Returnable Items 

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Free samples or promotional items
  • Gift cards or e-gift codes

3. How to Request a Return 

To initiate a return, please email us at [support@arheli.in] with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos of the damaged/defective item
  • Reason for return
Once your request is approved, we will schedule a pickup or provide return instructions.
4. Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

5. Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at [support@arheli.in] with your order details.


6. Cancellations 

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled. To cancel, contact us immediately at [support@arheli.in] or call us at [Insert phone number].


7. Return Shipping Charges
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, etc.), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for the shipping cost.
